11 Best Foods that Cure Constipation Quickly For Immediate Relief

Best Foods that Relieve Constipation

Apple-Every morning on empty stomach and after dinner have one apple.This will cure constipation completely.Have apple with the peel.In case of loose motions,have apple with the peel.
Lemon-Juice of one lemon squeezed and mixed in a glass of hot water will clear constipation and any old blockages completely.Have this lemon mixture on empty stomach every morning .
Alternately,in a glass of hot water add juice of one lemon and 2 teaspoons castor oil.Mix and drink it every night before going to bed.
Grapes-Sprinkle rock salt and black pepper on grapes and eat it daily.An effective way to treat constipation.
Amla(Gooseberry)-At night before going to bed mix 1 tablespoon crushed gooseberries in a glass of water/milk and drink it.it will clear your stomach in the morning.
Guava-Have 250 gms of guava .immediately after that have a glass of hot milk.This will treat constipation completely.
Papaya-To cure severe constipation,have papaya every morning followed by a glass of milk on empty stomach.
Black Pepper-Black pepper-10 gms,sugar-25gms,almonds-50gms.Crush all three ingredients into a powder.Mix one tablespoon of this powder in hot milk milk and drink it before going to bed every night for 2 weeks.this will give relief from constipation.
Bitter Gourd-Mix 10 drops of bitter gourd juice in 5 tablespoons water and drink it 3 times in a day.
Orange-Have orange juice daily.This will help in constipation.
Figs (Anjeer)-You can have them  dried or ripe, figs are completely packed with fibre and they act as a great natural laxative.
How to use figs for constipation:
For relief from constipation,  in a glass of milk boil 4-5 figs and drink this mixture at night before bed.Drink the mixture when it is hot.do not have it cold.
Flaxseeds (Alsi)
Flaxseeds are known for their high fibre content, and they can be very  helpful in curing constipation.
How to use:
have a handful of with warm water early in the morning on empty stomach.
